Piezo-audio technologies from Ecertec utilise all our expertise in materials selection and device construction to produce acoustic emmitters with precisely controlled acoustic outputs and minimal power requirements.

A quality acoustic emmitter comprises of the correct piezo bonded in the optimum manner to a resonating structure. The design, geometry and materials used in each of these components critically affects the peformance.

Speakers, sirens and acoustic emmitters are designed from the bottom up in our anechoic facility using industry standard sound measurement apparatus allied with our electromechanical impedance spectroscope.

By correlating the elecromechnaical impedance of a system with the acoutstic output we can design bespoke devices with a minimum of empiricism.
